You can enjoy delicious homemade food prepared by cooks in the area with high quality and fresh products. Prior to registration, you choose the menu to your taste with the following options:

Fruit, eggs, gallopinto, toast with homemade jam (made with seasonal fruits), coffee with milk and natural juice. - Lunch (12:30 - 1:30 pm)
Chicken or beef, accompanied by salad, rice, beans,fried plantains or tortillas, natural soda and coffee, dessert. - Dinner (6:30 - 7:30 pm)
Vegetables, shredded meat or tacos, gallopinto and tortillas with cheese, natural soda or coffee.

The distance from the capital city Managua, is 177 km (170 km are paved in the last 20 km is reparation and 7 km of macadam).
